Events will not show after authorization with Swiper1 Global Access in SF

We have a client gearing up for an event and 3 users are unable to view events on the Swiper1. The Swiper1 app was downloaded today. fresh from the app store. They are all using iPhone 6. They verified the connection was built and intact between C&P and Salesforce. The Swiper1 global access is authorized. They've checked status within the Swiper1 app and it reads as Authorized.

What is the cause of this?

Access is granted for org ID 00DA0000000JUp1 to double check all claims above that I've verified once.
