Device Not Ready
Hi! I've installed the app, logged in with a C&P account, and have a dongle. On the payment screen, when I select Swiper 1 (as opposed to QR- Pay or Quick Pay), it thinks for awhile and then says "Device not Ready" and gives me the option to re-swipe, Manual Entry, or Cancel. Using manual entry in Swiper1 I was able to process a payment.
How do I get my device "ready"?Tags: None
