Cannot select campaign

We have tried to login in your instance but we don't have access.
We reviewed your account and there are NO campaigns created:
Campaign in Salesforce will not appear in the portal. You need to create the Campaign in the portal to appear in the Campaign selection step.
Please note that you will need to create the Campaign in the portal with exactly same name what you have in Salesforce. When data post to your Salesforce instance, it will look for the Campaign with the same name and if it finds the Campaign it will get attached to it otherwise it will create a new Campaign.

Cannot select campaign
I have created a mobile website to process purchases at our upcoming auction but cannot connect to a campaign. The campaign (Rock and Roast 2016) has been created and has a status of Planned. But there are 2 other active campaigns, and they are not seen in the Campaign selection step, either. The mobile page is AUCTION CHECKOUT. The site works otherwise, with data being migrated to SF.
