  • SKU not populating in Salesforce from Swiper1 Product

    Partners International, Acct#28934
    I have added SKU's to my products in the Swiper1 product gallery (e.g. "ARGL-1153-GB"). However, when I complete purchase, the SKU does not populate in the C&P data or go through the custom questions into Salesforce.

    Item name, campaign, etc DO come through with the transaction, but the SKU does not. Below is a screenshot from the C&P data:

    We have a big event coming up this Thursday and need our swipers to send the SKU to Salesforce!

    Good day!

    We have reviewed & tested iOS and Android and all appear to be working as designed. The SKU will not post to Salesforce if the following setting is set to FALSE.

    Setting > Additional Options > General Settings

    We are reviewing the UI and possibly making it a default feature to post if the value is available.

    Please let me know if this option is set to TRUE with your setting.

      That solved it! Thank you.

      I originally passed over that setting because it was unclear what it was for - I just thought it toggled whether or not there was a default SKU value set or not. It might be helpful to change the field label to "Activate SKU's" or something like that to be more clear that it toggles ALL sku's on or off.
