Our ipad (MD510LL/A) is less than a year old. We are trying to download Swiper1 to this device. We can see that the AppStore knows about Swiper1 but when we click on it, we get a message saying, "No results found". We know we are attempting to download it correctly because we've already downloaded it to an iphone5. I know our ipad is not on the Supported Device list but we are wondering if there is anything we can do so that we can at least download the app and test it?

Good day!
In response to your question please note:
- The iPad should have iOS version 6.0 or later
- iPad users wanting to use Swiper1 should choose iPhone apps and not iPad apps.
Please let us know if that resolves your issue.Regards,

We just got a brand new iPad mini, we already had an older Swiper 1. We downloaded Swiper1 version 5.001.001, I have no idea if that is for iPhone or iPad. The John Doe card that came with our Swiper 1 registers the information with an expiration date of 11/2013. The card is denied in test mode. Is this because of the "expiration" date of the John Doe card, or because we have the wrong app, or because of some other reason?
Thanks!
