I have the Swiper set up and have used it on my iPhone before. I have the volume turned all the way up and am swiping the card in the correct direction. It is only recognizing that I'm swiping a small percentage of the time. It eventually gives me a "timeout" message. Maybe 1 in 10 swipes I can get it to read the card and then it processes the transaction correctly. What can I do to make this more reliable? I cannot use it at an event with this level of reliability.

FYI, I have two swipers and both are working intermittently -

No. We cleaned the headphone port, but still had very intermittent success on some devices. We just found devices that worked and didn't use other devices.Comment
