  • Swiper1 store manager only displaying first item added

I have the current version of Swiper1 on an iPad, iOS 9.3.1. I am trying to add several items to the "store" for an upcoming event (raffle tickets, donation levels), but it is only displaying the first item I added, a ticket purchase. When I try to re-enter an item, it says the item is already added, but I don't see it anywhere. When I go to transactions, just the one item is available.

Is this a swiper1 -- iOS issue, or am I doing something wrong? The help pages and videos I have found online make it look like you can just add items and they are automatically visible in the store, but I don't see any troubleshooting advice for when the items don't show up. The categories aren't visible either.

Help--our event is in 9 days! Thanks!

New thought: I found this reference in another post about "enabling" SKU, but my screen doesn't show an "enable SKU" but rather the option to turn on "Default SKU". If I am supposed to Enable SKU, where is this option:

In Swiper1 go to Settings and enable SKU. For each product then add the SKU.

I think this will solve your issue.

Click on the 3 horizontal lines (menu) > Settings > Additional Options > General Settings

enable the SKU. Then in the product section add the SKU for each product.

Is this not what you are seeing? Have you added a category? Does the category add? is the issue with product?

No, I only see one item, but have added 2 more. The first screen shot is of my attempt to re-add another Raffle ticket item, and it shows that it is already added, but doesn't show up.

See note above ! It's working now. Turns out you have to check the categories / activate each one after you create them. Can this be added to the user guide notes? Thanks!

          Good day!

I have forwarded this case to our training department for review.

We always add comments and updates where we see clients are getting confused. There is always room for improvement given the software updates so many times with new features.

          thank you for the suggestion.
