  • Swiper1 Return


    I'd like to find out how I can make a return request for two Swiper1s.

    We tested them on both devices that we have for events - a Samsung Galaxy Nexus and a Samsung Tab 3 Tablet - and it did not work for either. In fact, we were unable to even download the app for the tablet. Can you please let me know how we can put in a return request for these swipers?

    Although these specific devices have not been tested, every other Samsung phone or tablet we've tested works. It is likely that these work as well. Please make sure that:
    1 - you've set the correct Swiper1 device in the device manager (Menu->Settings->Device Manager) and
    2 - that the phone/tablet is not muted and the volume is set to maximum.

    Please go to and submit a support ticket if these do not work. Make sure to put "Swiper1" in the subject of the ticket.

      I did follow both instructions you mentioned and neither of them made a difference - I retried it just now. I've supported a help ticket which I know I may need to wait a few days on but, really, I'd just like to return these.
