New registration in event management

Is there a way to add a new registration, the way you can in the box office on the "desktop" area of C&P Event Management? I see in the mobile platform event settings that you can check people in, but what about adding new registrations for people who walk in the door? I've been searching but perhaps haven't been looking in the right places.

Swiper1 does not have event registration as a feature yet. This is almost done and will be in release 7. Version 6 is due out in 2 weeks and mid-December release 7 will be out with event registration.

So many features so little time... we are getting there so just hang in there for another month.
