    HI Tracy,
    Yes, I also posted in Power of Us and got a response. I was told that Apple doesn't play nice and they put new stuff in their latest iOS that doesn't work with the way the forms are set up. The developers were going to keep working on it, but no time frame as to when it would be ready. Since then, there is a new version of Click and Pledge which we haven't upgraded to yet, so I'm going to do that this week and see if the problem has been resolved.     We are having this exact same issue. Did you ever get a response to this? The mobile form does not work on my iphone6 running ios9. Other donations have come through successfully, so it seems to be dependent on what device/software combo the user is on.

    Payments don't always process on Mobile Platform

    We have set up a mobile website with a few donation levels. Currently, it's in test mode. I've tested it numerous times and have found that the payments don't always process. I haven't been able to isolate the problem, but think it may be related to newer iOS.

    I've been successful with some iOS devices, but have not had success with the newest iphone/iOS. I've been successful with ios 7 on an ipad mini.
    I had a successful payment using the Kindle Fire.

    Here's the problem when it doesn't work .... After pressing "process payment", the screen refreshes to the main screen.
