Multiple items

I have created a store with many items for our auction. If a patron buys more than one item, in order to add the second and subsequent items to the shopping cart, is there any alternative to scrolling through all the remaining items in the store to find that which the patron has purchased?

Have you clicked on the basket to see what the person has purchased? Are you trying to see what the person has purchased or what the person has NOT purchased?

I am confused about the question.

Sorry for the foggy question.
Once I have added one item to the basket, what is the method for returning to the store to add additional item(s). The only way I see is to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the window (which also contains the phrase "Click on cart to checkout").
