SKUs in Swiper1 App not following naming conventions set up in Salesforce plug in.

    Good day!

    So the SKU is in Salesforce so the issue is with mapping.

    Please grant us login access and the Order Number so we can reviewing your mapping.

    Good day @innamo,

    Please login to Salesforce and go to C&P Data. See if the C&P Data for the Order number has the SKU in the XML. The item SKU should be towards the bottom of the XML.

    If you find the XML a bit hard to read simply grant us login access and let us know the Order Number so we can check it.

    Hello!

    I recently set up the Swiper1 app with our merchandise to sell at events. The Swiper worked well, but didn't name the opportunities correctly in Salesforce. I was looking for help on this!
