  • Trying to install and set up Swiper1, not showing up as an option in portal

    Hi, I've followed the steps for installations of Swiper1 up to going into my C&P portal, but the attached image is what I see when I click on 3rd parties. I know we definitely said we wanted Swiper1 when we signed up with C&P but did not order a device. What can I do to move forward with getting Swiper1 set up so I can at least enter credit card donations at an event tomorrow?

    Good day!

    Please connect to Salesforce using the "Salesforce Connection" tab. The new OAuth connection will automatically connect Swiper1 as well.

    For this new connection to work you need to be on the latest Salesforce apps. API Class Library 2.3xxx provides the unified connection.

      Thank you! It looks like I'm all set, did a test transaction through the app and it came through to salesforce no problem. Thanks!
