    The email sent to you when your Swiper1 was shipped on Friday, Nov 22 details the reason you cannot yet use the Swiper1 in "Production" mode. If you have not been contacted by Monday, December 2nd. Please go to http://help.clickandpledge.com and fill out a support request by clicking on the link under "Contact Support".

    Swiper1 not working

    Hello,

    We just received our recently order Swiper1 credit card swiper. When trying to process a transaction using the swiper in "Production" mode, the swiper picks up the credit card info, but when attempting to process, an error message comes up that says: "Declined: please enter valid credit card information." The app itself works when manually processing, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

    Please let us know as we'd like to use the swiper this upcoming Sunday.
