I just pulled up connect.clickandpledge.com on my iphone4, and it is not responsive to mobile. The site is identical to the full version. It's still navigable on the small screen and the donation form is readable, so we're using it anyway, but I wanted to clarify that it is not responsive (at least not on my old phone).
