Banner "ad" is covering connect platform on responsive page

Hi- When I use a huge monitor it works fine, but when I'm on the main fundraising dashboard on connect on my laptop, the "banner ad" for Stripe is static and the screen scroll below it. Makes it hard to use the platform, as you can only see a tiny bit when on a small screen.

What I've done:
- cleared cookies
- diff browser (chrome & firefox)

I don't see a way to close the banner. Thanks.

We have tested and found no issues with the banner in Chrome and Firefox. Would you please share the C&P Account# so we can review it? Also, please test it by clearing the cache.

I did clear the cache already (meant cache, not cookies, starts with c ). And using another browser is a new cache.

I have my browser zoom up to accommodate a vision disability, but even turning it back to "normal" doesn't fix it. Are you testing on a very small screen? I'll have to get the account number in a bit, ooo.

Cleared cache in chrome, no change (Except having to do the whole log in thing again)

It is happening on the Profile page, too, but it's just the thin profile bar that is remaining and the page scrolls behind it. The stripe add is just much bigger and making the rest of the page unusable. This is zoomed to 80% on a laptop w/ a 13" inch screen I think. It would be an almost too small screen if you managed to pin the banner/navigation to the top and scrolled up behind it, but it staying in the middle makes it hard to work on
