I am curious, have you considered using the pledgeTV?
it is designed for that very purpose. It is a video that allows you to accept donations throughout the playback. It also tells you when the patron donated, e.g. what timeline in the video.
It also allows you to attach multiple campaigns throughout the video, in other words, you can have one campaign for the first 2 minutes, then another campaign.
The reason we do not allow videos in the forms is simply the speed of loading.. you may add the video to the page and then the form opens separately - if that is what you want to do. But for your use case, pledgeTV may be the ideal feature.Regards,
