Does this mean I can switch to using the integration user I originally set up? Or will I need to rely on you to click the link in the email that gets sent confirming the change in email for a Salesforce user - so we can change the email to an address we have access to?

No go ahead with the original user you had.

We resolved the issue & it has already deployed on all servers.

Please try it and let me know.

Hi there, I attempted to switch back to the integration user I had setup and received the same insufficient permissions error. I also tried using the integration user you had me create, with the same error. Am I doing something wrong? Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	1 Size:	47.4 KB ID:	66350

The user you are using is NOT a user that can login to Salesforce. The screen you are sharing shows you are trying to login to Salesforce.

Please do this and let us know if this works:
          • Log out of Salesforce so the browser does NOT have any logged in user.
          • Go to CONNECT and establish connection with this user.
It should work. We have tested this and it should work fine.

          Keep us posted.

Thank you for clarifying that! I had explained to Robert that I was using the "Login as" feature, and he didn't correct me - might want to make sure he knows this is the case as well (or he misunderstood me).

Hi again - it seems that there may be more permission required that the "Connected User" permission sets are missing? I receive a couple of errors/data can't fully post to Salesforce because of "Insufficient privileges - CREATE: CnP_PaaS__CnP_Transaction__c.CnP_PaaS__Case__c"

I need to grant the integration user read access to the Case object? Or am I missing something? Or should this be included in the help article?

Update: I went ahead and added that permission and tried pushing the transaction to Salesforce from Connect, and it worked. Please update the help article to mention that the user needs to be able to read Cases. Thank you!
