Error: null---(3501) when issuing Credits

We are getting the following error when attempting to process refunds: null---(3501). Any ideas about how to resolve this?

I was told that one of our accounts team members contacted you this morning to get this resolved.

Hi, no one reached out to us as yet. While we did succeed in making the credits the following day, we would like to have the issue fixed. We need to be able to make multiple credits in a day when a class cancels. Thanks

Please note that there is a certain limit to issue credits per day which you might exceed on that day. However, our accounts team member will get back to you with the details shortly.

That's would need to be changed for us. A cancelled class can mean 40,60+ refunds or more...How does the Account Team reach out? Email or phone?
