Is there a way that the donor can manage their donation directly (change amount, change credit card, etc.) instead of having to contact us to help them? We also connect to Salesforce.

As of now, it is not possible but yes, if you are using SF we will release v10 in which donors will have a portal to access their donations. Hopefully, the release is expected in Q2 of this year.Regards,
