    Hello, I recently encountered the following error on my custom Thank You Message area on the form builder in CONNECT:

    Thank you Message --> Message text will allow only 65 chars !

    After attempting to reduce the number under 65 so I could still thank the donor I made the character count zero by removing all content and I still cannot save the form. This is an issue because I cannot make any updates to my form because it displays that error every time I try to save. One workaround is a custom redirect which I prefer to not do because I do not want to get duplicate payments if the page just redirects to the form again without a success message. Is there another workaround for this or something I can do to save my form at the least? Even better, is it possible for me to have more that 65 characters in my Thank You Message?

    We reviewed your account and noticed that you have selected "HIDE" for Social Shares.

    Once you change the Social Shares to "SHOW" then it will display the Social Share settings and there you will need to trim the message to 65 characters and then try to save the form.

    Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

      Please note that we reviewed Default Campaign and randomly other a few Campaigns and found you have "HIDE" the Social Shares.

        Even when turn social shares on and with zero characters in my Thank You Message it still has the same error and I cannot save.

              Good day @andrea5j

              We reviewed and found that the form you are referring to is now on Redirect Thank you page. However, we found no issues with updating the form by removing all of the content of the Thank You message on the Default page.

              You can check the Thank You message by changing to Social Share "SHOW" and see there is no content exist now.

                I couldn't remove it from redirect because it would error out every time I tried saving it. Seems to be working now even without the social shares on. Not sure if you guys did something or not, but thanks!
