We use redirects for our thank you pages. In our embedded forms this pulls the whole page into the iframe.
We have worked around this to create some minimal pages with just the thank you text that look fine when embedded. (Though if you ever find a way to redirect to a new page from an embedded form, we would love that).
The problem is that when the donor enters their information, they scroll down to the bottom of the iframe and click submit. The thank you page isn’t as long as the donation form, so when they submit it looks like the page just went blank.
They have to manually scroll up to the top of the page to see the thank-you text. I seem to recall that the form used to scroll up after submission, but maybe I am not recalling correctly. Is there a way to get it to do that? We’ve had some people submit duplicate donations because they don’t realize their donation has gone through.
