Is it possible to send a notification email to a fundraiser when a donation is made on their page and include the name and email address of the donor? Thank you.

Yes, the fundraiser will receive the notification email when a donation made on their page based on the fundraiser receipt settings you have defined in Receipt Settings in CONNECT.
In CONNECT fundraiser receipt settings you can define the template and in the template you can add the elements you want:

This is great, thanks for that. One question: is there a way to prevent the receipt from being sent to fundraisers when the patron checks the Anonymous checkbox? Or is there any logic in the receipt template that could remove certain merge fields if Anonymous is checked?

As of now, it is not possible to prevent the receipt to send out nor do we have certain conditions in the case of Anonymous.Regards,
