We see that the data is posted to your Salesforce instance but has not been processed. We have reprocessed the C&P Data and it is successfully recorded.

Thanks for updating. What was the issue, so that we can prevent that from happening again?

It might be an issue with Salesforce because data was posted without any issue but not processed in Salesforce. However, it is the rarest case and for that very reason, we have a Self-Heal option in Maintenance.
