How to test connect forms?

We tried using the 4111 1111 1111 1111 card number (with a future expiration date) to test out a form, but the transaction was declined (status detail: "Exceeds withdrawal limit count Exceeds withdrawal limit count"). Is there a new/different card to use to do test transactions? This was for account ID 60547, the order number for our test is 60547-2209141553570091111

We do not have TestMode in CONNECT Forms hence it will decline.

You may process a transaction using the Custom Payment type in CONNECT VT to check the data flow in your instance. Custom Payment type method will be authorized the transaction without sending to BANK. There are no fees associated, as these transactions are not sent to the bank.
