  • Reports not working in Connect? (URGENT)

    Hi there, I first want to apologize that this is a bit URGENT, because I am late getting to these reports for last month..

    I'm trying to run a custom report that I run every month, and after clicking "Run Query" it 'thinks' (page is grayed out and the circle thing is spinning), but doesn't ever run the query (or at least, I gave up after 15 minutes and again after 5 minutes). This is for Account 27814, the report is called "Monthly Transaction Report 2" - will you please review and fix it? I don't really have the time to rebuild or troubleshoot this right now.

    Sorry for the delay. You can download the report without any issues. There is an issue with "Run Query" which is only for previewing the report. However, our developers are working on it and will be addressed in the next update.
