Hello, I am working on a form and trying to do two things. Hoping I can get some help!
1) Reduce the number of ask options. We currently have four ask amount options plus an options button on the donation form and I would like to reduce that to one ask amount and the other box. Is this possible? When I clear the data from the remaining three ask options I get an error that I need to add data. But I am also unable to remove the rows.
2) We are setting up a special tribute form and want a submission to populate a custom field on SF. On our general donation form, folks can select to make a tribute donation and this selection is mapped to SF. But for this specific form, we want to assume that tribute selection and just ask folks to fill out the tribute recipient information section. Basically, my question is there another way to map a field on Salesforce w/o it being a selection? Or can I just do a true and false checkbox that is already selected and required? When I tried to do a custom question checkbox field, it required two options and I just want one for tribute.
Thanks!
