The scroll bar is not appearing on the second page of the payment widget here, and I'm unable to view the bottom part of the form.

We reviewed it and found that you have set it to NO for scrolling in your website where you have placed the iFrame which is causing an issue. You have to remove the scrolling tag to fix the issue.
