References to the old URL after enabling custom domain

After enabling/setting up a Custom Domain, do we need to replace all references to the previous URL (e.g. connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization/...), or will those automatically redirect to the custom domain?

It will automatically redirect to the Custom Domain. You no need to replace it.

Please note that if you have saved any of the CONNECT URLs then those need to be replaced manually with a new Custom Domain URL. In CONNECT when you click on the links there it will automatically redirect to the Custom Domain.
