  • Cannot remove old SF campaign name from deprecated section of Connect Campaign

    Hi,

We have a couple Connect campaigns the were created prior to the Salesforce Campaign section being deprecated that are still in use. They still have text in the Parent Campaign Name field that refers to old/ unused SF campaigns. We have switched everything over so that the SF campaign name is assigned based on SKUs, which is working correctly. But for every transaction that comes through these Connect campaigns the contact is added as a campaign member to the old/ unused SF campaign as well as to the correct one. I imagine if I could remove the old text that would solve the problem, but I can't update anything in the deprecated section.

Is there a way to fix this without creating new Connect campaigns?

    Thanks!

    Good day @mgallogly

We reviewed your CONNECT Campaigns and noticed that you have not defined Campaign SKU in any of your campaigns.

Please note that Salesforce Campaign has been deprecated. Once you define Campaign SKU under Campaign > Campaign Details > Basic Information > Campaign SKU, the Salesforce Campaign section will get removed automatically and the deprecated Salesforce Campaign information will not post to Salesforce.
