C&P, in the past, has helped to create a custom drop-down donor form with options/funds to choose from for our specific needs:
We embed the form within our website and it works well until the items in the drop-down become outdated. The previous method for updating this form is to fill out a custom form change request form and pay a one-time fee. C&P support has directed me here this year to get help to complete this update.
When I log into Connect I see a campaign that matches and links to the url above, but there are no options or "list" to update the custom items listed in the drop-down form.
Does anyone have any guidance on how I can update the custom form?
