Move Templates section on Form Builder page?

Is there a way I can customize the Form Builder page display so that the large Templates section is not at the top? Having to always scroll past those templates to see my existing form is starting to get to me!

When I'm in a campaign and I click on Form Builder, this is the screen I get. The form for my campaign is in the next section so I always have to scroll past this Templates section. I'd like to move the Templates section out of the way.

Sorry, it is not possible because it has been designed that way and cannot be changed.

That's not a good design. That section should be minimized, especially when there has been a form created for the campaign already. Is there is somewhere to log design suggestions?
