  • Transaction Declined - Internal System Error

    We had two different users have their credit cards declined when attempting to make a donation. Both were declined 3 times. The status details just say: Status Detail: Internal System Error Internal System Error

    Can you help us determine what is driving the error? Others have donated to this form for similar amounts successfully.

    Here are examples of the declines:

    C&P Account: 61342

    Order Number: 61342-2206111827457132004
    Order Number: 61342-2205161854044712001

      The error you see was generated at the processor (ProPay). We have requested information from them and will update you when hear back.
