  • Multiple Payment Options

Hi, we have built a campaign in Connect and wanted our customers to be able to choose multiple payment options, is it possible to do this? We are set on a Single payment and we tried multiple payment option but didn't want the open fields.
Can you please let us know if there's an option where we can collect for example, sponsorship payments and registration payments (with set amounts) in one form?

    Thank you.

    Good day @nextgen

Sorry, in case of multiple payment options it is not possible, the field will be open. However, you can accomplish the above by defining the same value for "Min Value & Max Value" with the default amount. In this case, the patron cannot change the amount but they can opt-out the item by removing the amount from the open field. Please see:

      Thank you for your response.
Is there any way to handle both the Sponsorship and Registration in C&P Event Management in Salesforce? Would what we want work there?

      Please confirm.

        Good day @nextgen

If you are in Salesforce then yes, the C&P Event Management will work for your purpose. You can create the Anonymous Event where the registrant (payer) can select the level and proceed to payment. You can also set the purchase limit. This option is only for Anonymous events. The admin can set the purchase limit which will affect the “Qty.” section on the external registration page. The registrant cannot register more than the purchase limit.
