Problems with a new campaign

I am trying to set-up a new campaign; however, the widget is not displaying the payment options for the campaign. We have a total of nine options for payments in the campaign but only five of them are showing up on the widget. In addition, it appears that when you hide the comment stream, it does not remove it from the payment form as it did previously but we do not want that section visible on the form. I know that changes have been made of late, so please let me know if I'm missing something in order to adjust for these issues. Thanks, Jennifer
