    We have no contract and no minimum fee. You may close your account anytime with no penalty.

    Hard to find a product platform with all our features at the cost we offer. We do not compete with price .. never has done it. We always love to see how another product or platform could possibly compete. Have you also attended any of our new Salesforce release?

    Great question - please note that our fees are per your account set up and is a percentage of your transactions.

    In your profile it shows your account number is: 38859

    Since your account is prior to the price change your rate is: 3.95% + $0.30/transaction + $1.50/ACH Deposit. This is the standard pricing for the legacy clients prior to the price change as shown on our website. You had the chance to switch to the PLUS plan during the transition period where your $1.50/ACH Deposit would have been replaced with $25/month. I can have support review and see if you have switched as I do not have access to that information.

    The rate stated earlier includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx fees as well as ACH. All merchant fees are included.

    Hope that answers your question. Again as stated we never invoice you and all fees come out of the deposits.

    Hello,

    Is there somewhere in the connect platform for us to access an invoice for using C&P? Our organization is trying to get an understanding of costs of the platform at this time.
