Report filters for one-time and recurring donors

I'm trying to create a custom report that'll show both one-time donors and recurring donors with only one transaction. Using the filters in the attached photo, I'm only getting donors with an installment # of 1 when I run the report. How can I make this report include one-time donors whose installment # is blank?

As we try to create the most generalized reports so our clients can manipulate themselves, we feel the Excel Filter report may provide the information you need. If you download the file and use Excel Filter you could easily remove what you do not wish to have included in the report. Have you played with the Filter feature in Excel?

You can create the report with Payment Status-Equal-Authorized and include the Installment# to the report and download it:




Once you are in Excel, you could easily remove what you do not wish to have included in the report.

Using Number Filters 1 and (Blank) for the Installment number will filter with one-time transactions and recurring transactions with only 1 installment.
