Donations Not Coming Through To Salesforce

Hi, I am with High Water Women Foundation (28241) and I just discovered that since the middle of December our transactions have not been coming through from Click and Pledge to Salesforce. Can you figure out how to fix this error? It was all working perfectly and then just stopped. I haven't made any changes to either side so I don't know what caused the issue.

Your app is a year old which is why the Transactions stop posting from CONNECT. May we upgrade you?

Once we upgrade to the latest version, we can mass push the data to your instance if you share the Start Date of transactions and End date of transactions.
