ERROR Error: null---(3501)

Hi- I am in need of assistance with issuing credit. I am getting an error message and am wondering how you can help. someone accidentally donated $10,000 when they meant to do $1,000. I am guessing the error message is because of the large amount? We would like to issue them full credit back. Childrens Institute (33960) Order Number:

Would you please post the above in the support ticket? Our accounts team needs to work with Propay in order to resolve the issue and this way they can keep track of the issue.
