Hello! For payment selections in a campaign, I've selected month > subscription > single payment > and limited to end date 06/30/2022. However, a family made a donation and the receipt is showing the periodicity as indefinite and is recurring until 2105. Can you help? Thank you for your time!

Sorry for the inconvenience and in delayed reply. We have investigated and identified a bug in the recurring in this particular case: Subscription with Limited to End Date. However, we have fixed it now so moving forward there will be no issues
In order to fix the above recurring order number, you will need to cancel the recurring and set up a new recurring Subscription with Limited to End Date (as we can't manipulate the transactions) and use the card on file feature. You can use that feature using VT in Connect by loading the existing contact.
Once you load the contact, at the payment method section you will see the card on file option:
NOTE: Make sure to select Connect Campaign in VT while setting up the recurring.
