Our November settlement report is only showing settlement information for transactions that occurred on or before November 15, 2021. None of the transactions on or after November 16, 2021 appear. Is there a delay because of the holidays or is there some other reason the transactions in the second half of the month have not been settled? Thank you.
**Update: we have two accounts with Click & Pledge, and one of them is showing all transactions for November as being settled, so it's only one of our accounts that is not.
