Changing SF Campaign on Existing Form

What happens if you change the Salesforce Campaign on an existing C&P form? Obviously, all new donations will be attributed to that campaign (if you have Use Transaction Campaign set up in C&P Settings in Salesforce).

But, what about existing recurring gifts that were started when the form was attributed to the previous campaign? Will future gifts in that recurring be attributed to the first campaign or the second, new campaign?

If you want to change it, you will need to edit the most recent recurring installment order# and update the Campaign information there so moving forward it will assign to the new Campaign.

Thanks for clarifying. We wanted the existing gifts to say with the first (old) campaign in this case, so we're all good. It's helpful to know how to update it if we need to though.
