A donor made an online gift on 11/27/21 (Order number 21271-2111271010481039451) and for some reason our autoresponder thank you email "sent via clickandpledge.com" is being sent to this donor every hour since that donation was processed (some 20+ times so far). I even turned off the C&P Autoresponder Setting in Salesforce, but somehow it still sent the email again at 9pm on 11/28/21.
We've never encountered this issue/glitch before and with a deluge of online donations expected on Tuesday 11/30, I hope we can resolve this quickly. Please advise.
One more item of note, this gift was preceded by Order number 21271-2111271009247699451 by the same person, which was declined due to a CVV error.
