Any way to shrink URL on Connect form

A client's web developer is trying to put a connect URL behind a button on their website. Apparently there is an 83 character limit. See screenshot. Is there any way to reduce the URL for a connect form?

You will need to use Bitly to short the URL's. We have an option to integrate the Btily account in your Connect portal so that you will get the Bitly URL's as shown in the below image:
