Primary Campaign Source not getting populated

    We reviewed and noticed that you have not set the condition of Blank SKU for the Primary Campaign Source. We found that the above order numbers don't have SKU value and you have set Primary Campaign Source for SKU's only (some value).

    For blank SKU you will need to set the condition as "SKU Is Blank" to assign the Transaction Campaign as a Primary Campaign Source to the Opportunity as shown below:

    Primary Campaign Source not getting populated

    On our C&P Transaction record, I can see the correct Campaign and Campaign Id, however, in Salesforce, "Primary Campaign Source" is being left blank on the corresponding Opportunity. Can you tell me how to troubleshoot this in order to ensure that Primary Campaign Source is being populated correctly? For example, this applies to order numbers 30994-2111080048476884807, 30994-2111021054070567084 and 30994-2110281633215516152 in org 00DA0000000HNy0
