    We would need more specifics to be able to assist you here in the forum.
    For a missing deposit, I recommend opening a support ticket so that this is immediately addressed by our Accounts team, as it will likely involve us working with Propay to discover what has happened. Please include the date of the missing report/s and the batch number/s (Sweep ID) you are seeing in the CONNECT report that have not been received by your bank.

    Hi team,

    My finance office has alerted me to an issue where they cannot place one of the expected deposits within our bank records, but it is appearing in our gift records and in our settlement reports. Is there someone that can help with this?
