  • All Transactions Declining

    Hello,

    As of 11:10 AM EST this morning, all transactions that have come in through a form or put in manually in the Virtual Terminal have been getting declined. This is a problem. We launched our summer camp registration yesterday and we had almost 1000 authorizations come through perfectly, but now nothing is getting approved. Please help solve this issue and let me know what I can do on our end.

        We are terribly sorry..

        our upstream provider has issues.. we are located in Blacksburg, VA and our traceroute shows nothing past Richmond, VA is tracing down to us.

        Our system is fully operational .. we have no issues and all systems are 100% operational. We can reach out as this post should make it obvious, but apparently nothing is coming to us.

        We are waiting for an update from the service provider. We will update you as we find out.
