  • Next Installment Date Not Saving

    We had a donor just notice that their recurring gift stopped running after their gift in May. We're not sure exactly why that happened. They wanted to skip the transactions from June until the one that was supposed to run this month and then run the next donation in November.

    So, I charged the card for this month (October) and then tried to change the next installment/payment date in Connect to 11/12/2021. It seemed to save, but when I went back to look at it, it still shows the Next Payment Date as 6/8/2021 (the next payment date if counting from the last one that posted).

    Is there a step I'm forgetting to get that to work? The master order number is 60820-2012081335221461874. It's also showing as out of sync in Salesforce, which is probably because some transactions are missing.

    We reviewed and fixed the issue. Now you can see the next installment date is 11/12/2021.
