  • Help with locating old domain email in C&P

    I've searched the site for where [email protected] is sill listed in C&P, and cannot find it. We changed domains 3.5 years ago, and will be deleting all forwarding of that email shortly - however, we still seem to get some. It appears they are in the sandbox, but I'm not sure. I'm looking for help in updating that email to our current one, [email protected].

    Sample:

        Would you please share the order number of the receipt as well as grant us login access to your Sandbox instance so that we can review it?

          I actually have never been in the sandbox of C&P. I granted you one week in SF, but I'm not sure if that would do it, as it appears we're just using C&P sandbox. Please advise.

          I don't have the order number receipt, as all I received was the email.

            We reviewed your production instance and we don't see that email in there. You will need to review your Sandbox instances to find out from where it is coming.
