  • Recurring donations not getting SKU

    I just set SKUs for monthly and quarterly recurring donations, but had a $100 quarterly recurring transaction come through without SKUs (61274-210818090241025). The transaction fee was also blank, which I know works for regular donations.

    Recurring donations that began prior to when you added the SKUs to the campaign will not get those changes. You can modify the SKU on the most recent payment of a recurring donation in CONNECT Transaction Detail, and going forward the payments will be assigned that SKU.
